• A deposit is required for select services and for all new clients. If a deposit is required, it will be shown at checkout and applied toward the total cost of your service. • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will forfeit any deposit paid. • Clients arriving 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service. If a deposit was required, it may be forfeited. • Please arrive with bare nails unless you’ve booked a removal service.
